This is where Babes access the Friday Zoom, KPI + Accountability Form, Pod Agreement, trackers, and reference materials that keep our container pure, powerful, positive, and productive.

Onboarding process
Below is the link to share with applicants who have been voted in by the pod for a trial period. Click the link below, copy the URL, and share it with the applicant if you are the point of contact for them. Let them know the date they are allowed to join the chat and answer any questions they may have.
Standards Snapshot (Non-Negotiables)
Affirmations 2–6×/day; at least one marked in real time daily with your aff emoji
Daily Check-Ins (Mon–Fri) tied directly to your B
High-Energy Voice Drops (3×/week, 46 sec max)
Friday Morning Call live or recording within 24 hours; Babes Zoom immediately after
KPI + Accountability Form submitted by EOD Sunday
1:1 Coaching Calls — minimum 2/month; excellence 4/month
Babes Intensive monthly (live only)
Seminars: min 2/year, excellence 6/year
Annual Babes Trip (February) — mandatory
Conflict Resolution — Direct. Private. Productive.
Direct Resolution (24h): address the Babe privately and directly. No gossip. No triangulation.
Coaching Escalation: if unresolved, both book an IMAGE coach (PINK or standing call). Decide cost split together.
Pod Impact: if it affects the Pod, bring it to the next Babes Zoom for alignment.
Integrity: failure to address conflict directly is misalignment.
